Return & Exchange
Marcopolo Clothing gladly accepts returns for items due to a change of mind, provided that a return request is submitted within 7 working days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale.

We will investigate the matter and get back to you promptly. we will arrange for the courier to collect the product free of charge
*Change of Mind
Return/Exchange shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
2. Exchange from the nearby Marcopolo Clothing Outlet
You can always bring the product you wish to exchange, along with the invoice or the web order details received online, simply produce that to the counter and exchange your desired product at your convenience. . Please inform us of the reason for the return/exchange. The return/exchange will be carried out based on the policies and options.
3. Cancellations
Marcopolo Clothing Online has a cancellation policy for change of mind scenarios. If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund, provided that the order has not been shipped yet.
Please note that if the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our return policy mentioned earlier to initiate a return once you receive the item. In such cases, shipping charges may apply.
